US Passport Renewal LLC is a private passport expediting company. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State or any government agency. Customers may apply directly through official government channels at no service charge.
Our service fees cover your personal consultant, document review, application preparation, and overnight return shipping. Government fees paid to the U.S. Department of State are separate and not included.
When you place an order we place an authorization hold on your payment method. This reserves funds but does not charge your card. Your card is charged only when your completed passport is back at our office and your overnight return shipment is created.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours: no charge, hold voided. Orders cancelled after 24 hours before document submission: $50 processing fee, remainder voided. Once documents are submitted to the Passport Agency: non-refundable as processing has commenced.
Refunds are issued only when: the order was cancelled before submission, or we failed to deliver the service due to error on our part. Refunds are not issued for government delays, incomplete documents provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Errors or omissions in documents provided by the customer that result in delays or rejection are not grounds for refund.
Processing time estimates are based on typical government processing times and are not guaranteed. We make best efforts to meet stated timelines but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Our liability is limited to the amount of our service fee paid for the specific order. We are not liable for travel delays, missed trips, or other consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado.
