We place an authorization hold at the time of order — this reserves funds but does not charge your card. Your card is only charged when your completed passport is back at our office and your overnight return shipment has been created. Cancel before submission and the hold is voided in full.
Your consultant provides a prepaid FedEx shipping label and a complete personalized checklist. Drop off at any FedEx location, or — if near our Greenwood Village, CO office — bring everything in person.
Your most recent passport, a completed DS-82 form, one recent passport photo meeting State Department requirements, and a check for government fees payable to the U.S. Department of State. Your consultant provides a complete personalized checklist.
No — government fees are paid separately directly to the U.S. Department of State by check or money order. Our fee covers your consultant, document review, application preparation, and overnight return shipping.
No — if your passport expired more than 15 years ago you must apply as a new applicant using Form DS-11, which requires an in-person visit to a passport acceptance facility. Your consultant will guide you to the nearest one.
Same-day and emergency (2-4 business day) options are available. Call us directly if your trip is within 7 days — your consultant will assess the fastest route immediately.
Yes — for renewals you must submit your most recent passport even if expired. The government requires it as proof of identity. We return it to you along with your new passport.
