Cancellation and Refund Policy

Summary: Cancel within 24 hours — no charge. Cancel after 24 hours before submission — $50 fee. Cancel after submission — non-refundable. Government fees are never refundable by us.

How Payment Works

When you place an order we place an authorization hold on your payment method. This is not a charge. Your card is charged only when your completed passport is back at our office and your overnight return shipment is created. If you cancel before submission the hold is voided and no charge is made.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

The authorization hold is voided in full. No charge is made. To cancel call (650) 292-3068 or email [email protected]. The hold typically releases within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellation After 24 Hours Before Submission

A $50 processing fee applies to cover consultant time and document preparation already invested in your order. The remaining authorization hold is voided.

Cancellation After Submission

Once your documents have been submitted to the Passport Agency your order is non-refundable. If there is an issue caused by an error on our part we will reprocess at no additional service charge.

Government Fees

Government fees paid to the U.S. Department of State are separate and non-refundable by us. Contact the State Department directly at 1-877-487-2778 or travel.state.gov for government fee refund inquiries.

Processing Delays

We do not issue refunds for processing delays caused by the U.S. Department of State, incomplete documents submitted by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.
